I use Bridle leather for plain bridle work and straps, it cannot be stamped. Black, brown and tan, ask for availability.

* Extremely strong, smooth, and durable.

* Extra treatments of waxes and tallows.

* Designed for heavy-duty use, like equestrian gear.

Chrome-Tanned Leather

This leather is what i use for padding and lining, and I have a very large collection of beautiful colours and styles, metallics, reptile embossed and more

* Tanned using chromium salts.

* Soft, flexible, and available in many colors.

* Faster and more affordable.

* Commonly used for clothing and mass-produced items.

Caring for your Leather

Caring for leather really isnt complicated when you do it on a regular basis.

Do not allow build ups of dirt, a simple wipe over with a damp cloth after every couple of uses will ensure this does not happen.

Do not scrub when cleaning, use a glycerin saddle soap and a damp cloth or sponge only.

Do not expose leather to excessive amounts of water, either when cleaning, nor when using, unless the leather is an oiled or bridle leather, which are designed for this use.

Conditioning your leather products regularly is very important. Use a balm which feeds the leather, like Effol or Sapo.

Neatsfoot oil can be applied as necessary, when new you may wish to apply several coats to your reins and bridles, but bear in mind that oil will darken some leathers.

Do not store leather if wet or damp, allow to air dry completely before conditioning and storing in a dry airy place.
